In this practical workshop, we will create four beneficial herbal products together to accompany you through the winter:

We stir and mix together:

Oxymel – herbal vinegar and honey mixture for the immune system

Ear drops – gentle support for ear problems

Nasal ointment – protects and cares for the sensitive nasal mucosa

Cough balm – soothing for coughs and colds
Anyone can get involved or simply watch and learn. Material costs: €5 per product (optional).
