Children's herbal pharmacy – natural home remedies for young and old

In this practical workshop, we will create four beneficial herbal products together to accompany you through the winter:

🧑🏫 Theory (approx. 30–45 minutes)

• Introduction to the healing properties of herbs

• Tips for safe use in children and adults

• Basics of dosage and shelf life

✨ Practice (approx. 2–2.5 hours)

We stir and mix together:

• Oxymel – herbal vinegar and honey mixture for the immune system

• Ear drops – gentle support for ear problems

• Nasal ointment – ​​protects and cares for the sensitive nasal mucosa

• Cough balm – soothing for coughs and colds

Anyone can get involved or simply watch and learn. Material costs: €5 per product (optional).

• Nordstadt District Center, Rauchstr. 3, 74076 Heilbronn

• Duration: 3 hours

• Number of participants: max. 12 people, minimum 6 registrations

• Participation fee: 35 € for adults / 17.50 € for children

After the workshop, you will go home with practical recipes and finished products that will help you through the cold season.

The exact amount must be paid in cash on site. If you fail to attend without timely cancellation (by October 2), you will automatically receive an invoice for bank transfer.
